Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.
1. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
3. Customers must provide full, accurate and legible information in the order form.
4. All prices are in PK Rupees, payable to Ruby Jewellers at par in Lahore, Pakistan.
5. All credit card payments must be authorized online.
6. In the event of non-authorization of any credit card, Ruby Jewellers is not responsible for all or part failure of non-acceptance and non-authorization of such credit cards.
7. Custom duties and other levies (if applicable) in destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
8. The prices do not include duties for any country.
9. Customers must provide up to 6-8 weeks for processing and delivery of orders.
10. In the event of any order that cannot be processed within 4 weeks, Ruby Jewellers will inform the customer at the earliest.
11. While every endeavor has been made to accurately reproduce colors & weights of the products, there may be minor variations in color & weight of the actual product.
12. A customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in against the actual color & weight of the jewellery received.
13. All items offered are subjected to availability at the time of placing your order.
14. All transactions are subject to Lahore jurisdiction only.
15. Because most items are custom made, refunds or exchanges cannot be entertained.
16. Designs & terms of business are subject to change without notice.
17. A valid Government issued I.D is required for any in store Pickup by the customer.
18. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
19. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
20. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
21. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
